Albada is one of the few white wines made in this mountainous area of Aragon. It is 100% Macabeo from old vines, with a very low yield.
The climate is continental, with cold winters and hot summers.
Vinification
Grapes coming from low-yield old vines are vinified in cement and inbox tanks.

Wine estate

Axial is the project of Louis Geirnaerdt and his family. Louis is Dutch and a geologist by trade.
Their passion: old Zaragoza vines, red or white, especially in the DO's Campo de Borja and Calatayud.
