Description

Auditori is the latest addition to the Celler Acústic range.This Grenache wine comes from a 80 to 100 year-old vine.

Vinification

13 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting analysis

The deep color of a young wine. This visual density is soon confirmed on the nose and the palate - you only have to swirl it a little.
This Grenache is full of Mediterranean, soft and mineral notes. Its structure is compact, but there are no woody notes to spoil the various pleasures of our senses.
The ripe tannins open our blood vessels for some days...

Storage potential

10 years.

Serving

18°C in a large glass. Decanting is recommended during the first 5 years.
