The white, rosé and red Clàssic were the first wines launched on the market by Josep Maria, 30 years ago.
This Xarello is a perfect example of the white catalan wine, both fruity and spicy.
Vinification
Stainless stell, skin-contact maceration, fermentation at 16°C.
Tasting analysis
Limpid color. Both fruity - gooseberry, green plum… - and spicy. Very fresh on the palate - botanical notes.
Easy to drink, but full of character.
Storage potential
A wine for all occasions. Having undergone a skin-contact maceration, it should keep for 2 years.
