Description

This wine is 100% made with the Mariana Rion grape, a long forgotten local grape named after a great grandmother, the first woman who made wine on the estate.

Vinification

Cold maceration in stainless steel tanks, then fermentation at low temperature.

Tasting analysis

White flowers, lilies, acacia and grilled hazelnuts evoke the Mediterranean.
Its mineral bouquet, its width and its good acidity make it a delicious Spanish white. A great discovery.
