The fist vintage of Albert Jané's top white wine cuvée.
His goal is to achieve a classic gastronomy white wine "à l'ancienne".
Vinification
A selection of old vines from the Montreal area. Part of the wine is aged in oak barrels, part in amphoras.
8 months in total.
Tasting analysis
Nice bright yellow colour.
Toasted notes and Mediterranean herbs on the nose. Full-bodied on the palate.
The wood is very well integrated into the wine. A classic white, fit for the gastronomy.
Storage potential
4 to 6 months after bottling.
Serving
Serve cool in a large Burgundy-type glass.
