Description
The Joan Giné cuvée is a first step towards a Priorat matured in oak.
It is also a tribute to Xavi Bull i Giné's grandfather, Jaon Giné, who taught him a lot in terms of viticulture.
Vinification
12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting analysis
Dark red colour. A lot of red fruit on the nose (gooseberries, raspberries) but also blackcurrant and herbes; the wood is perfectly integrated. Very expressive, elegant, complex and typically Priorat-like on the palate.
Storage potential
8 years.
