Production: 5,000 bottles.
Vinification
Skin contact maceration during 24 hours, followed by the alcoholic fermentation in new Allier oak barrels. There the wine stays for 6 more months, on its lees.
Tasting analysis
Golden colour. Very aromatic - pear and toasted notes, mainly.
Well-structured on the palate, the whitened yellow fruit impression of the nose come back, along with a nice acidity, nutty notes and minerality. Dry and long finish.
Storage potential
This wine is at its best, in terms of expression, in its first years, With time, Grenache Blanc tends to adopt a slightly oxidative character, with dried fruit notes.

Serve at 12°C in a large glass.
