This wine was released in 2019, 19 years after its harvest!

Vinification

Harvested in September 2019. 1/3 Cabernet Franc, 1/3 Cabernet Sauvignon & 1/3 Merlot. Each aged separately for 24 months in 3,000 litre French oak vats (not new).

Tasting analysis

Let's be frank, this wine feels like a Bordeaux. It smells like leather, tobacco and undergrowth.

Storage potential

Perfect today, can still be kept for some 10 more years.

Serving

In a Bordeaux-glass, between 16 and 18°C.
