Stainless steel tanks, saignée-méthod (4-6 hours according to the vintage).
Tasting analysis
Very deep colour for a rosé. A lot of flesh; gooseberries, cherries, pepper. Very fruity and juicy on the palate, a lot of volume. One of its kind.
Storage potential
3 years. Ready to drink after bottling.
Serving
Serve at 10-12°C.
