Description
On of the most impressive vineyards of Comando G. It was virtually abandoned when Fernando and Daniel found it - and saved it. Facing North, at an altitude of 1100 m, on granite and sand soils, it is only half an hectare, but its vines are 70 years old. The Spanish Château Rayas!
Vinification
Biodynamic viticulture. Manual harvest. Only indigenous yeast. No de-stemming. Maceration and fermentation take place in open vats, for 60 days.
