Benje is the name of a nearby crater which the Listan Bianco comes from.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. Half of the wine is aged in concrete tanks, half in old 600 litre barrels.
Tasting analysis
Pale, shimmering colour.
Lively, fresh and mineral wine, both on the nose and on the palate. Powerful and smoky notes, very volcanic.

6 years.
