Description
Gessami means jasmine in catalan.
At this Cava estate, the grapes are harvested just before full ripeness, the main enemy of Cava being oxidation of the grape or juice.
This is why these wines show a lower degree of alcohol.
Vinification
Stainless steel tanks, skincontact maceration and low temperature fermentation (13-15°c).
Tasting analysis
Very aromatic on the nose and on the palate. Floral and citrus notes; fresh, juicy and velvety on the palate, with ripe grape aromas. Dry finish.
A perfect choice for the aperitif.
