Gessami means jasmin in catalan.
This Cava producer harvests its grapes just before the full ripeness, the Cava's biggest enemy being oxydation. As a result, the wine are quite low in alcohol.
Vinification
Stainless steel tanks, skin-contact fermentation at low temperature (13-15°C).
Tasting analysis
An explosion of aromas on the nose and on the palate.
Citrus, exotic fruit and floral notes on the nose. Fat and juicy on the palate, with ripe grape notes and a good acidity.
Fruit driven and aromatic, yet it stas dry in the finish. Ideal for the aperitif.
