This unique bottle is part of the art collection of the Joan Salvador Gavina Foundation.

Vinification

Aged for 96 months (8 years!) sur lattes.

Tasting analysis

Glimmering golden colour, very fine bubbles. Very intense on the palate with notes of toasted brioche, toffee and also citrus.
