Description
A milestone in the quality policy of the estate, this cuvée is only made in the best vintages - in the others, the grapes of the Pérez Pascuas Selection and the Gran Reserva are also used in this Reserva.
Vinification
Aged for 24 months in French and American oak barrels, then 18 months in bottle.
Tasting analysis
Deep and dense colour. Intense bouquet - the bodega obviously opted for very ripe grapes.

Serve at 18°C after decanting.
