A long ageing in bottle has given this Cava more body and complexity.

Vinification
Traditional method. 24 to 30 months sur lattes, 3 grammes of dosage.
Tasting analysis
This is no easy-fruity-floral rosé, but a powerful, vinous, meaty, complex wine.
Dry, but not acidic.
