Description

This "entry level wine" is really a top wine! Respectful of its terroir, elegant and complex, with a good ageing potentiel. Pazo means estate in the Galician language.

Vinification

Stainless steel tanks.

Tasting analysis

Light golden colour. Subtle mineral notes (flintstone), Granny Smith apple litchi, papaya aromas - a very complex aromatic palate.

Storage potential

Can be drunk young, but will develop marvelously after 3 years. Till 2020 at least.

Serving

12°C, preferably after decanting.
