When will Pintia be available again?

Pintia is completely sold out at the estate in Spain. New stock is only expected from the end of January 2026, together with the release of the new vintage.

What is the alternative to Pintia that you offer?

As an alternative, we offer Cote Granuja 2019 by winemaker Cote Garcia. This wine comes from old vines in Toro, Valtiendas, Cigales and Ribera del Duero and is a blend of different Tempranillo varieties. Just like Pintia, it delivers solid structure and a long finish, but at a much more attractive price.

Indeed. Until the end of January 2026, we won’t receive any more Pintia in stock. The estate in Spain is completely sold out…

So, we’ll have to wait for the new vintage. But for wine enthusiasts who can’t get enough of it, we do have an alternative to Pintia:

Description

Granuja means mischievous in Spanish. This strange name is a tribute to Cote's maternal grandfather, Teofilo Reyes, who was the godfather of the Ribera wines, but who was also a joker. This Granuja is a blend of Tempranillo grapes from 5 different terroirs: two in Ribera del Duero (Gumiel and Baños de Valdearrados), Toro, Cigales and Valtiendas. The result is a surprising synergy between these 5 terroirs and the ultimate expression of what tempranillo can give you in Castille-Leon. A perfect tribute indeed for Teófilo !
