Sabilde is the name given by the harvesters to the narrow paths followed by the horse-driven chariots through the Cantabria mountains.
Vinification
Aged for 5 years in Never oak barrels that have previously been used for white wines.
Storage potential
6 years.

Trial analysis
A fruit bomb!
A typical Tempranillo. The oak is not dominant, so the natural fruitiness of the grape are clearly shown (cherries, mild spices). On the palate, the tannins are softened by the fruit. Good acidity. A new style Rioja, juicy and fruity.
