The village of Morata, where the estate is located, was called Licinia by the Romans, hence the name of the bodega and this wine. Organic viticulture.
Vinification
Hand-picked in small baskets. The vineyards are fully organically cultivated. After the selection table, the grapes are vinified on cuves inox, after which they receive their malolactic fermentation on oak barriques. After a 10-month élevage, the wines are blended and bottled.

Trial analysis
Beautiful pale yellow colour with a sparkle. In the nose, complex notes of exotic fruit, mineral notes and a fairly present élevage in oak barrels. But all nicely intertwined. Nice structure on the palate with perfect balance between fruit and acidity. Long finish. Perfect as an alternative to oaky white Bourgognes.
