This wine is in a league of its own. It comes from the best vines, and only the grapes where polymerization has started are selected.
Tempranillo has a lot of different clones and Roda only wants to use the best. Cirsion means thistle in latin and one can see one on the label.

11 months in French oak barrels.

Serve at cellar temperature, after decanting during the first 5 years.
Trial analysis
Ink black colour.
Exuberant nose with concentrated aromas that progressively open up (ripe black fruit, leather, cocoa, tannins)... and invade your palate.
