Albert Jané has been a familiar name in our selection for years. A self-made man who started his solo project in Montsant in 2004. In a small rented garage and a few second-hand barriques, he began what we can now undoubtedly call
one of our greatest success stories: the wines of
Acústic Celler in Montsant.
Two years ago, after more than 20 years of hard work, he inaugurated his new winery in the small village of Marçà. Today, he works entirely organically and his name and reputation extend far beyond the region.
Last week we received the new
Braó 2021 from him, without a doubt
one of his flagship wines.
90% old-vine Carinyena and 10% Garnatxa still bring that rich, voluptuous style the wine is known for.
