Priorat-born Xavi Buil has seen all the developments in the region's wine sector. Today, he is one of the pioneers of the outstanding price-relation Priorats. His cuvée Giné Giné is one of the finest examples of a young Priorat.

Giné Giné was the first wine produced par the Buil-Giné duo. Both are looking for the best expression of their terroir through two local varietals, Grenache and Carignan. And they have found it, what's more, without over-extraction nor barrel ageing!
