This December, we invite you to escape the winter for an evening and discover the Viñátigo estate over dinner.
With the winemaker present, let yourself be surprised by his wines and the distinctive local grape varieties of this volcanic island in the Canaries.
For the occasion, six selected wines will accompany a six-course menu, specially created by Arabelle. A wonderful evening of food and wine awaits!

Above all, Viñátigo is a story of family and knowledge passed down through generations. Juan and his wife Maria, an oenologist, have shaped the estate’s identity. Jorge, the fifth generation, continues this work today with a contemporary outlook. He remains committed to native grape varieties, with the aim of preserving the island’s wine heritage.
