Viña Corrales, the Fino from Pingus owner Peter Sisseck
Indeed, Peter Sisseck has also lost his heart to Jerez de la Frontera. He bought a small historic Sherry bodega in Jerez (San Francisco Javier) and completely reshaped it in his own style. His ambition is to produce terroir-driven wines that can age.
A first “saca” arrived with us 5 years ago and sold out immediately. The newest “saca” has now arrived! In total only 240 bottles of the fantastic Fino Viña Corrales.
Last autumn it received the highest score ever: 97/100 from R. Parker.
