Trial analysis
This wine needs some time to open itself, but with some air, it delivers nice fresh, spicy notes of citrus and herbs, followed by the typic aromas of the Viognier. The wood, very well integrated, stays in the background. Both elegant and complex on the palate, long, full-bodied but refined. A nice touch of bitter minerality in the finish.
