Jaume Gramona uses cryoextraction in order to obtain an intensity comparable to the Austrian or German Eiswein in a completely different climatic context.
The grape most is congealed with carbonic ice, then pressed.

Trial analysis
Very intense aromas, a lot of sweetness but also very fresh, this is the mark of a good balance between sugar and acidity. Some spicy aromas and a touch of exotic fruit, this is a complex wine in which the gewürztraminer varietal character is not too obvious.
