The Blue Label is at the top of the estate's range of 3 wines.
It is inspired by the coat of arms of the family.

Vinification
90% of the wine is aged for 12 months in barrels (50% new and 40% one year). The rest of the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.

Storage potential
8 years.

To serve
At 18°C in a large glass. Decant before serving (at least during the first 4 years after bottling).

Trial analysis
Deep red colour.
This wine needs some air and time top open up. Then appears a full basket of ripe fruit, pepper, coffee and chocolate.
The palate is alluring - juicy, meaty and with a good structure.
The oak is very well integrated.
