53% of the wine goes into stainless steel tanks, 47% into 225 litre and 400 litre French oak barrels, 7% of which are new.

To serve
Serve at 18°C in a large glass, after decanting.

Trial analysis
Deep red colour with violet reflections.
Explosive nose of red and black fruit (strawberry, blackberry, raspberry…).
Very expressive on the palate, with solid but juicy tannins. A punchy wine, full of character but not too alcoholic. And what a nice finish!
An outstanding price-quality relation.
