In Mallorca, a Sotil is what stands between two floors in a building. The beginning and the end. the cosmos, the heaven.
The label is an evocation of the perfection of a circle, the return of the seasons, so important in wine. Sótil is the ultimate expression of finesse we can find on the island of Mallorca — made from old-vine Callet!

Trial analysis
Bright, transparent red in the glass.
On the nose, it immediately evokes a classic Burgundy — yet this is not Pinot Noir, but Callet speaking.
A delicate and refined attack, beautifully elegant. Lovely red fruit on the palate, supported by brilliant acidity.
A Mediterranean Burgundy. Truly original!
