Pazo means estate in Galician.
Vinification
Stainless steel tanks.
Storage potential
Can be drunk young, but will develop very well after 3 years.
To serve
Serve at 12°C, preferably decanted (at least during the first 3 years after bottling).
Trial analysis
Pale golden colour. Subtly mineral on the nose, with hints of Granny Smith apple and flintstone, litchi, papaya.
A very rich and complex aromatic pallet.
Charming and fruity on the palate, but also dry, dense, and with a strong backbone of crisp acidity. Albariño at its best!
