Great wines are made in the vineyard – also in Rioja. Fernando Remírez de Ganuza was a man with an open vision, deeply devoted to his vines and observing them with exceptional care. He focused on details other growers might overlook, and that made the difference. You can still feel it when tasting his wines after twenty years.
Today, the estate is led by José Ramón Urtasun. Just like Fernando, he believes in absolute quality and the same dedication in the vineyard. The style and philosophy remain, as does the passion.
