Trial analysis
Ruby red, with traces of evolution.
A southernly touch on the nose; rep cherries, sweet spices, toasty notes, vanilla and pepper.
More austere on the palate, solid, almost closed before some air is given. A very good balance between the freshness of the Shiraz, the juicy, Mediterranean spiciness of Tempranillo and the more austere notes of the Cabernet. Very smooth finish, with more than a hint of noble oak.
