Airen is the world's most planted varietal, but hardly no one has eve heard about it. The whole of La Mancha is planted with it, but rare are the interesting wines made with it. The quality of this wine is all the more impressive!
Vinification
Harvested in small baskets, with the utmost care, so as to prevent oxidation.
Fermented and macerated in stainless steel, then aged for a short time in wood barrels on their lees, with bâtonnage, so as to add some volume to the wine.
Storage potential
To be drunk within 2 years after bottling.
To serve
Serve chilled.
