Trial analysis
Deep, shimmering red colour.
Exuberant aromas of nuts, coffee-roasting rivaling the ageing in new oak, but also,a full basket of fresh citrus and minerality. The fragrances seem to evolve constantly, from one second to the other.
The mouthfeel is also very aromatic, with a creamy texture, but the freshness is always there.
