AN/2 is the second wine of this estate. Like the fist one, AN, it is mainly made with indigenous Majorcan grapes. But here, 15% of Syrah bring some more structure into the wine.
Vinification
Traditional winemaking, 13 months of ageing in French (70%) and American (30%) barrels - ⅓ are new.

Refined, elegant wine with a very expressive, spicy, Mediterranean nose; the wood is very well integrated.
Wine estate

Ànima Negra has revolutionized Mallorcan wines. This domain gave back its luster to the Callet grape, making wines both refined and full of mediterranean character out of it.
The 100% Callet Son Megre, the label of which was made by artists Miquel Barceló, is its flagship.
