2007 was the first vintage of the PSI, named after the initials of Peter Sisseck, and also a mathematical symbol.
2020
Pingus is a cult wine produced in very limited quantities by one of Sapin's most famous oenologist, the Dane Pter Sisseck. The production varies from 6,000 to 7,000 bottles according to the year.
Flor de Pingus is Pingus's second wine, produced originally at the request of Pingus's distributor in the US. It was not produced in 1997.

Rocheyron is the project of Peter Sisseck of Pingus and Swiss Silvio Denz. The vineyard is located on a limestone plateau near St Emilion.
