Trial analysis
Dry, solid, spicy, fleshy.
The Viognier bring nice peach aromas, the Grenache Blanc floral notes and a certain roundness.
As years go by, Grenache will dominate the Viognier; as its skin is very thin, it will show oxidative notes like nuts.
