Vinification
Unfortified, naturally sweet wine.
Grapes are harvested over-ripe. After fermenting, they are kept for 16 months in barrique.
Storage potential
Some 10 years.

Shimmering, straw-yellow colour.
An explosion of floral and exotic fruit on the nose (mango, litchi) but also pastry notes (marzipan, almonds, nuts...).Very fresh on the palate, thanks to a nice acidity.
