Rodri Méndez is one of the best producers of Albariño wines in Galicia. Leirana is his entry level wine, but also the perfect illustration of his style: non frills, crisp, and sharp. Rodri mainly works with older vines, and those are put into good use, in this wine as well as in his top range (the Goliardo line).

A small side project by Rodrigo Méndez of Forjas del Salnés. It concerns a vineyard of old Albariño vines of around 70 years old on granite and sandy soils, located in the village of Meaño.

The Elixir cuvée is the perfect symbiosis between two terroirs: the poor sandy soils of Chipiona and the limestones of Sanlucar. This is a quite aromatic wine, but also full of complexity and very long on the palate.

O Pradiño is named after the parcel from which the wine originates, in O Vinquiño (Sanxenxo). The vineyard was completely replanted in 2012 using cuttings from some of the more than century-old vines that were still present on this site. The vineyard lies very close to the sea and consists of decomposed granite and sand soils, with gneiss. In total, there are 1,600 vines, with an annual production of around 700 bottles.
