A semi-sweet Spanish wine that brings together tradition and innovation. Traditionally, a sweet wine was made in the region in the style of a vin de paille. Today, this technique is intelligently combined with more modern methods.
Vinification
A part of the Verdejo is laid out to dry on mats in the bodega.
Another part of the Verdejo is kept at a temperature of -4°C for 10 days. During pressing, the water remains frozen, while the sugar is extracted.
The Moscatel is harvested late, in December, as a vendimia tardía.
A blend is made from these three wines. This blend is aged in French oak.

Trial analysis
Beautiful golden yellow colour. On the nose, lovely sweet notes of pâtisserie, figs and orange zest. On the palate, a very sweet attack, balanced by fine acidity. Broad on the palate, with a subtle hint of oak ageing. Complex finish.
