Lagar de la Salud is the small family estate of Fátima Ceballos and Miguel Puig. They met in France and worked for famous wine estates all around the world, before going back to their roots in Cordoba so as to put Pedro Ximénez back on the map. Not with sweet wines, but dry wines that express their terroir.
Dulas (anagram of Salud, health) is their brand.
Fátima is also the oenologist in charge of the Miut range at Toro Albala, where she can apply her same philosophy on some of the best Montilla-Moriles terroirs.
