The grapes of this vine used to make Spain's best Pinot Noir (La Tentation de Raul Pérez); now in the hands ofRodri Méndez of Goliardo, it is now blended with some Mencía to produce El Barredo. A must for Burgundy lovers!
Vinification
A usual, maceration and fermentation in whole bunches. As little intervention at the cellar as possible. Ageing in large wooden vats.
Storage potential
5 to 10 years.
