After the very warm 2022, they picked the grapes for the 2023 Acrollam Blanc earlier. This wine is the result of different pickings and vinifications, a white with character, slightly cloudy and earthy, produced with 62% Premsal and 38% Giró. It has a fresh, balanced and serious palate with a chalky texture and a supple, almost salty finish. It has 13% alcohol and a pH of 3.36, coming through as medium-bodied and balanced. 4,077 bottles were filled in February 2024.

Lightly cloudy lemon hue. This has tangy, briny nori, white nectarines, seashells and lemons. Medium-bodied and supple on the palate with medium-high acidity, it’s reminiscent of the ocean though not quite as nervy or clean-cut. Fleshy finish.
