Product info

The first vintage of this wine was 2009.
Colors is the entry level of the Cérvoles range.

Vinification
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Storage potential
4 years.

To serve
Serve not too cold, in a large Burgundy glass.

Trial analysis
Nice, limpid, golden colour.
Mainly Chardonnay on the nose, with spicy notes from the Mediterranean Macabeu. Large, fat but lively on the palate, with a mix of ripe fruit and minerality. The hint of bitterness in the finish is a token of the terroir.

Wine estate

An estate located in inland Catalonia (Costers del Segre appellation), with whom we’ve been working for over 20 years. For several years now, they have also been part of the “Grandes Pagos de España” and farm entirely organically.
The wines are more Mediterranean than those of the Castel del Remei.
