Product info

Fino en Rama is THE original sherry.
Normally, Fino is filtered and clarified before bottling. Not this one - it is bottled directly. Hence a much shorter shelf life.

Vinification
Like a classic fino sherry, in a 3 year solera at least.

Storage potential
One year maximum.

To serve
Serve very cool.

Trial analysis
Very pale colour.
Typical salty aromas of the finos, but spicier, punchier, and longer in the mouth.

The NV Fino en Rama is an unfiltered, more serious, probably older version of the Fino, full of yeasty notes of bread, a chalky minerality and a dusty character. The palate shows more precision than the nose, with pungent flavors of sea shells, iodine and seaweed. A pleasant surprise. Drink 2013-2015.

Wine estate

Great almacenista sherries.
