Jané Ventura began producing Cava as early as 1914, which quickly made their name well known in the region. The bodega has deep roots in the world of Cava. Since 1998, they have also focused more on still white and red Spanish wines.
In Spain, top Cavas are often made with little or no dosage, allowing the richness of the base wine to fully shine through.
This is the anniversary cuvée, produced in a very limited quantity (1,914 bottles).

Trial analysis
Pale yellow with a fine and firm mousse. A tight, citrus-driven style that opens nicely on the palate. Clear structure, juicy fruit and a fine, mineral finish with toasted bread on the retro-nasal.
With ageing, the wine develops a broader and richer palette, supported by a pleasant mineral touch.
