Rodrigo Méndez, often called Rodri, is the winemaker behind Forjas del Salnés in Rías Baixas. Alongside this estate, he also produces a small range of wines under his own name. These are white wines made from old Albariño vines, sourced from different plots and soil types. Production is always very limited.
