Like the Safrà, I found more intensity, more brightness and a more complete wine in the 2022 Parotet when compared with the 2021 vintage that I tasted next to it. It's a blend of 60% Arcos and 40% Mandó, and 50% fermented in stainless steel with malolactic and then all of the wine spent 12 months in 2,600-liter buried clay tinajas. It's clean, subtle and elegant, with purity and balance, tasty and long, with a dry and tasty finish.

17,5/20:
From Finca Els Corrals, in the Les Alcusses paraje of Moixent village. 600 m above sea level, sandy soils, certified organic farming. 60% Arcos and 40% Mandó. Fermented in an ancient stone vat and finished for one year in 2,500-litre amphorae.
Juicy red cherry, Mediterranean scrub, rosemary and thyme. Intense black fruit at the mid palate. An unforced wine with chalky tannins, fluid through the mid palate, finishing with elegant bitterness and a pleasant rusticity on the back palate. A refined expression of Mediterranean freshness.
