This is the entry level wine of the Albet family - which gives a good idea of the exceptional quality of the rest of their range!
This wine will convince the wine-lover with its roundness and its spicines.
On the label, the feet of Lluc, Toni Albet's youngest son, can be seen.
This wine was also their first with a screw cap closure.
Everything has been well though and studied.
Vinification

Best in its 3 first years.
In the first years, the dry fruitiness is dominant, then the more mineral notes of the Xarello join in.

Trial analysis
Very pale colour. Very expressive on the nose: the apple note son the Chardonnay and the Mediterranean, spicy notes of the Xarello.
Very round and soft on the palate - a fruity drinkability.
After one year, nice mineral notes will appear. The ideal summer wine!
We also love its spiciness.
